NYTE's ambition is to build a reliable and secure intermediary platform where all Customers and Talents can safely participate and grow. Therefore, convenience and safety are always a top priority.
All payments and transactions are valid. The features on NYTE will be continuously improved, so everyone can use NYTE with confidence.
Venues and Talents will feel convenient and safe when using NYTE's services. NYTE is always ready to support to ensure the best experience when using NYTE services.

Provide services according to the contents registered with the competent state agency.
Comply with legal regulations on e-commerce.
Provide service invoice via Venue's email address after each service use.
To ensure the correct use of information of Venue and Talents, the disclosure or transfer of information is only done after the approval of Venue and Talents.
Store and keep confidential information of Venue and Talents until request to cancel.
Receive and handle Venue's complaints on the basis of the provisions of law, published Terms of Use.
Building a 24/7 Venue care system to receive and handle complaints, feedback and suggestions quickly and promptly.
Fully fulfill tax, financial and other obligations as prescribed by law.

1. VENUE

By using the service, the Venue warrants and undertakes that:
NYTE may modify these terms at any time to suit the services NYTE provides. These adjustments will be notified to the Venue through the email address that the Venue has registered with NYTE 3 days before the event. Continued use of the service after any changes will be equivalent to the Venue's acceptance and agreement to such changes.
NYTE is a technology company that provides a platform for Venues and Talents, NYTE's role is to link Venues with Talents. NYTE is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Talents. Liability related to the service must be borne by Talents.
Venue has full legal capacity.
All information provided by Venue is true and correct.
Venues use the services provided by NYTE for lawful purposes.
Venue will not attempt to disrupt or injure Talents in any way.
Venue is not allowed to assign or transfer the services that NYTE provides to any other person or entity.

2. TALENTS

Talents must be fully aware and recognized by law (over 18 years old, ...)
Ensure the information provided to NYTE and Venue is correct and accurate.
Have the obligation and responsibility to fully perform the service committed to the Venue.
Do not use Venue information for purposes other than service-related purposes.
Responsible for indemnifying Venues, during the service process, for material losses caused by Talents.

1. PLATFORM FEE

Used to keep the platform running, improve service quality, improve technology, add more features and incentives to continuously improve the experience for customers and talents.
NYTE will collect platform fees on each customer's order, 80% of order value will be received talent income, remaining 20% of order value will be NYTE platform usage fee.

2. ADDITIONAL FEES

Travel and accommodation expenses for talents:

In Ho Chi Minh City: no charge
Other areas: The customer will have to pay, depending on the location of the shift
